Catering By E. Marie started in Paso Robles, CA in 2009, but we'd been cooking for small events as favors for our friends and family for years. Eventually, word about our delicious signature comfort foods got around and we had more work than our tiny galley kitchen could accommodate.
Now Catering By E. Marie has become a full service small events catering company servicing all of the Central Coast from Nipomo to San Miguel and everywhere in between. Chef Eva Marie is a formally trained, award winning Chef. Born and raised in Southern California she now lives in Paso Robles with her husband Michael, their two silly dogs and one very grumpy cat. On the very rare weekend off, you can find her out on the lake, kayaking & camping with friends, treating them to some amazing campfire food!

Pastry Chef, Amber Silacci and Chef Eva Marie joined forces in 2011 when they met at the PCA. Amber moved to the Central Coast from Salinas and has studied under some of the best French Pastry Chefs and Cake Decorators in the State. Even on her free time, you will find Amber in the kitchen baking up amazing custom cupcakes and creative delicious desserts.
